Where can I buy your products?

Our main storefront is at 108 W Chicago Avenue in downtown Chicago. You can also buy our products at either of the following supplemental locations:

  1. 850 W Superior Street in Chicago (must order online for Pickup or Delivery via “Delivery Apps” link)

  2. Chicago Health Foods on Maple Street in downtown Chicago

Do I have to order online if I am coming to your main storefront at 108 W Chicago Ave?

No. However, if there is one particular item that you are super keen on trying, you should order ahead. Matter of fact, about 90% of customers place orders online for pickup or delivery. Multiple items sell out daily (so yes, you may miss that super eye catching superfood bar you saw yesterday on instagram). When it sells out it’s done. Baked items, such as cookies can also sell out or it may be a long wait time if you do not order ahead.

What are your store hours?

Our store hours at 108 W Chicago Ave are Tuesday through Saturday 4-8pm. However, “Google” us and our Google Business Profile will show our latest hours if they have adjusted on any given day. Yelp will also display current hours.

Do you have seasonally adjusted menus?

Ha, try “do you have hourly adjusted menus?” and the answer is Yes. Every hour of every day we are likely creating a totally NEW item that may be on our menu in an hour or maybe not until tomorrow… Our most creative products will be found at our main storefront; our all-time best-sellers can be found at our main storefront and our “other” sites.

Do you ship?

Yes. Would you like a box of our frozen superfood bars (most popular product line) delivered to your doorstep across the country? Text us! 312-248-2862 with your list of 25 bars (no more; no less — our insulated boxes fit 25 bars plus dry ice). The cost is $300 + free shipping. We ship on Tuesdays for delivery Wednesdays, weekly.

Does Sydney really make all of the items herself?

This is her husband Andrew typing these FAQs and I can assure you she makes 98%+ of all items that leave our shop. I would not lie and will clarify further: she is THE MOST PASSIONATE MF’er you will ever see when it comes to food, acquiring the best ingredients, and her opinions on food. When you step into our shop we are hard at work. We care deeply about everyone who chooses to shop with us but time is limited my friends, stock up and we will appreciate you for making good choices!

Are your items allergen friendly?

100% of our items are free from dairy, meat, eggs, wheat, fish, soy. We are known to use a lot of nuts, including both tree nuts and peanuts. While some items may be free of tree nuts or peanuts, we highly emphasize that ALL ITEMS are made in our very small shop with the same equipment and cross contamination can exist across products and their ingredients.

We use almonds, cashews, peanuts, coconut, and other potential allergens in many of our products and cannot guarantee the absence of any single allergen in any of the items we serve. Although we would love the opportunity to serve you, if you have been known to have an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients listed throughout our items, we cannot in good faith encourage you to order from us and if you choose to do so, it is solely at your own risk.
